Summary
I approach both life and work with an insatiable curiosity and a tenacity that frequently surprises those around me. Looking for fun facts? I have plenty to provide during conversations, because when I'm curious about why the sky is blue, I go look for the answer. I'm also a firm believer in the quote, "The way you do anything is the way you do everything". It's why I pride myself on a customer-first mindset that takes ownership and delivers results, and why I know that I'll rarely be satisfied with the first answer I'm given when I question something. The Lean principle of "5 Whys" truly resonates with how I approach problems, puzzles, and people alike, and I have found that it has contributed to many of the successes I've achieved throughout my career.
